Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Flow Metrics Dashboard ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1. Service Description

Flow Metrics Dashboard is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides Agile and Kanban flow metrics visualization and analytics. The Service integrates with Jira to analyze workflow data and provide insights including:

• Cycle time analysis with percentile breakdowns
• Work in Progress (WIP) aging visualization
• Monte Carlo delivery predictions
• Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD)
• AI-powered chart analysis and recommendations

2. User Accounts and Authentication

To access the Service, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to:

• Access your basic Google profile information (name, email address)
• Maintain your authentication session
• Verify your identity for security purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services to provide functionality:

• Jira Integration: You must provide your own Jira credentials to connect your Jira instance. We process your Jira data to generate metrics and analytics.
• AI Services: Chart analysis features may use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI) to generate insights about your metrics data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to connect these services to our platform.

4. Data Processing and Intellectual Property

Your Jira data remains your property. We process this data solely to provide the analytics and visualization services. We do not:

• Store your Jira data permanently beyond session requirements
• Share your data with unauthorized third parties
• Use your data to train AI models across customers
• Claim ownership of your business data

The Service's code, algorithms, and generated analytics visualizations are our intellectual property.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Temporarily suspend service for technical issues
• Update features and functionality
• Set reasonable usage limits to ensure service quality

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Overload our systems with excessive requests
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to process data you don't have rights to access

7. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• We will delete any temporarily stored data within 30 days
• You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
